October Podcast Picks

It’s that time of the month! Not *THAT* time, podcast time! I joke. Anyways, I have some fantastic podcasts for you this month! Even better, I’ve really started enjoying nutrition podcasts again. I had to take a sabbatical over the last year and a half or so just because I was living in dietitian/nutrition overload. I was loving my job and nutrition, learning all of the things, etc a little too much. Full time job - dietitian, drive to and from work - dietitian, blog and instagram - dietitian. It was a bit much, but now I’m back and loving it and I’m so happy I can share some more excellent, ~free,~ nutrition insight with you. As a side note and example, I’m listening to my favorite nutrition podcast again - Nourishing Women Podcast with Victoria Myers. I was a OG listener from the beginning to the pod & I’m so happy to be loving it again. This too is an example of wellness without obsession - stepping away from something (even something generally good for you) during times that it’s not benefiting you. Enjoy!
