How to Set Healthy Health Goals
Are you setting health goals for the new year? Mid year? Your birthday? For today because you want to change some things? Amazing! You can set a goal (and check in on a goal) any time. Goal setting is not just for the new year. The way I see it, if you want to do something to make your life look more like you want it to look, do it.
