Learn to Prioritize Yourself & Your Health
It’s easy to put others first but that leaves our needs at the bottom of the list. Continuing this cycle over and over quickly leads to burnout. We’re giving everything to everyone and neglecting to fill ourselves back up. Understanding your needs and how to meet them is the first step to improving your relationship with food and your body. You’d be surprised how much being adequately nourished frees up space for enjoyment in life all around. When you choose foods that make you feel your best & live at peace with your body, you can dive into healing your negative food and body thoughts and beliefs.
